I would add an SSD In there to speed up the system. After that 16GB of ram is useful when video editing and photoshopping.
I would also replace the h80i fans with Gentle typhoons, im just a small silence freak biggrin.gif

As we were discussing before, go with the 650W Rosewill CAPSTONE Modular Cable Version Series. It's a superior PSU, it is still very overkill for this build, and it's cheaper at $89.99 shipped and then $74.99 after the $15 rebate card.

If you'll be doing more editing than gaming, then I'd base the build around an i7; if you'll be doing more gaming than I'd go with an 8350 or a 3570k.
Good Luck! thumb.gif

Just playing around with your build trying to fit more ram and an ssd for the same $ with equivalent (or superior thumb.gif) performance
