Trouble with 7870 XT driver install

I am having trouble with installing the graphics driver on my Windows 7 64-bit for the 7870 XT. I have installed all three packages on the Sapphire website and the Catalyst software is not picking up a graphics card. The device manager only shows Generic VGA driver. Any ideas?

Hmmm. I have finally narrowed it down to my primary installation disc failed/didn't finish (possibly some sort of dependency wasn't met). The only problem is that my disc is approximately 3 hours away. Does anyone know where to find an .iso for the Sapphire 7870 XT disc?

The latest "stable" version doesn't pick it up. I'm downloading the beta now. The AMD driver auto detector doesn't see it. I'm thinking that I need the disc to put the initial drivers in the registry for AMD to find since the card itself doesn't seem to act as a PnP

Edit: Versions of Catalyst. Just finished the install of 13.3 beta. Maybe it will pick it up.
