I'm not sure if that's the Retail or what we call the DSP version. The fact that it says OEM makes me think that's it's the one that is tied to your Motherboard. If it is, then when that goes your Windows won't activate properly, and obviously if you upgrade to a new machine, it won't work.

OEM versions are tied to your motherboard. You also don't get free Microsoft direct support and a few other things such as that.
