Now I'm at 130 in warpgate, and stable at 100 in a fight! I'm a very happy camper for sure.
Damn! That's pretty impressive. Could you please post a copy of your graphics settings in your .useroptions.ini?

Going down in usage during fights probably means you're not using the ultra settings useroptions.ini tweak. You must use this modification for this tweak to work at all. It forces your GPUs to take the load off the CPU by forcing higher settings than it is possible to set in the game's options menu. The other guys seem to be having success with it.
Oh, and turn physx off. With the recent patch physx seems to drain more performance than it used to for some reason. Maybe I'm just crazy.
I know that Alan wake is good when it comes to sli, I completed the game when I had two 670's and they where 97-99% usage almost all the time. Scaled very well. So its no wonder it works better in some games with it I guess.
I run everything at max ingame, with exception of shadows on low (affects cpu performance), flora to medium and no motionblur of. 2560x1440 with 74 FoV. 1800m distance, with this I get 50-80fps outside, 50fps can be in hard fights with many people. Usually over 60fps at least. But I have 110hz monitor so I wouldn't mind to go a bit higher fps wise since the game uses my cards so badly hehe.
I never have physx on in PS2, it looks pretty but demand way more than you can justify. Also it makes my game crash every 20-40minutes.
Could you also please post the graphics section of your useroptions.ini? As there are many different versions of the so called "ultra hack" out there.
