Gigabye 7950(FX0) Bios Update to F43 fail

So my 7950 (6+8pwr) has a 58% asic and it temp max at 61c under extremeHD unigine benchmark but it uses 1.25v full load (and 0.950 Idle). I've been reading that F43 (uses less VDDC) is the best suited for this card but when I tried to flash it said wrong bios. So how can I get my FX0 bios to F43?

With those stats should I return my 7950 and get a msi version with the chance of it not being lock coltage?

Update to FX1 and be happy your card has tons of voltage going to it. Just overclock as much as you can with those volts. I was running a GHZ (v locked) bios for a while and got the same overclock as with the F43.
