Both have to meet my requirements, but if i would have to choose, it would be performance > comfort.

Depends, I can put up with angle snapping but not Z axis tracking. I haven't tried a mouse with the accelerating laser sensor but I imagine that noticeable or not it's always there, I'd rather not take the chance at it screwing up. I'd also probably keep looking for it, make myself crazy.
