I can't help but laugh... I had a buddy who lived in Edmonton Alberta... actually hooked up a water cooled system but he actually dug a pit outside in his yard and buried a coil of copper tubing about 6 feet deep. Ran an antifreeze mix and the water temps never got above 40-45F even in the dead of summer. It was rather efficient and cheap though not in the realm of supercooling of course.
