please vote for your favorite company and share any stories and why you voted for that company!
based on what you know any experiences with RMA

lets set a precedent here and find out in the community who the majority thinks is the best of the best!

As for me i will sit this vote out, although i do have an Asus mobo which has been great
anyway

may the best of best win

*edit
i know i post this under PSU but i cant for some reason post in the mobo section under the "overclockforum.net" and i just put support in general as well, more so for motherboards so yea

hope i didnt offend anyone wink.gif

Evga would have to be first... but there Mbs are sub par since X58.

Next would be Gigabyte... " as far as Rma go"
And how good there boards are the very best.

Asus has among the very worst customer services there is... There Rude incompetent dumb and most of them could careless about your issues.

However Asus Boards are top notch.....

I have been an Asus Fan for a long time and have built MANNY systems, never once have I had any trouble with Asus, plus only have had to return a couple things.
But always received returns very fast. I have also bought just about every maker of mobo-video card-Psu-monitors so on.Asus All the way!!

How could anyone vote for ASUS? Their customer support is among the worst around, I spent an entire month getting my initial faulty Rampage III Formula replaced through an advanced RMA. I called in the RMA and was told that I should receive the replacement board in about a week. When that week came and passed I looked into the RMA and found it had been shipped to someone else in a different state. Turns out they managed to merge some other person's RMA ticket with my own and screwed up the info. I then got in touch with a supervisor (termed Leader) and he said he would have FedEx retrieve it and have it shipped back to them and issue us another board, which I would have to wait another week or so for. That time came and went, I contacted them again and it turns out FedEx was never ordered to retrieve the package, they only had a tracker placed on it. I got in touch with another leader and this one was the only helpful person out of the whole team of people that were previously dealt with. This person ordered the retrieval of the improperly sent board but also had a new one sent to me as well so I wouldn't have to wait longer. I finally got that one, sent back the defective board and have not had the displeasure of dealing with them since. This whole process took me from the beginning of May well into June a couple years ago. Never again. Also there was a lot of "negotiating" with the lower level support before even reaching a leader that I left out.

tl;dr: ASUS support is horrible

I love ASUS but no, their CS sucks typically...lol.

EVGA I generally regard as the best followed by Corsair (although they don't do Mobos or GPUs or anything like that, haha).

I've had mediocre success/failure with Gigabyte. They are good when they respond but in my case they took too long to respond which kind of screwed me over.

MSI has always been pretty solid in the CS department

Intel has been great, nothing bad to say about them. Quick response and great support.

Western Digital has treated me very well, incredibly quick responses and fast turn around.

That's about the only CS I have ever really dealt with.

Only mono I've had to RMA was as rock and it was great no problems, Asus has terribad CS but a fantastic product, I've always heard evga has great CS too but never owned anything by them. MSI mobos tend to be problematic for amd chips but for me their CS was good for rmaing a gpu
