Don't go by GPU-Z, use Precision or Afterburner. Looks like 1137 is your max right now. And the power thing is just a consequence of the driver crash, don't worry about it.

That's looking low right? Even more considering I crashed it at that clock, and that I will have to reduce it even further to find a stable OC.

Could this be because I am running the latest BETA driver instead of the latest STABLE one?
