If you are looking at an SSD check out the deals that Amazon has going on. Up to 50% off of SSDs. Just bought a 240GB for 179.99. biggrin.gif

If I were to get an SSD ill be going for the highest speeds, so itll still likely be a smaller capacity, 60-120 at most.
I was just wondering though, If you install game on a secondary HDD, (I have a 5TB HDD I put my games on) Will this still get perfrmance from the SSD, possibly Disk Cache in C drive?

I know itll make my system/OS faster, but would I really gain a benefit for games not installed on it?

IMO,

A 7950 is ~$100 cheaper than a 7970, and the performance difference isn't that huge.

Spend that extra $100 on an SSD.

I went with http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/HD7970DC2T3GD5/

The dual fans and full-card sized heat sink would be much better for air overclocking.

Was I right?

Um I dont know about that card I heard the Matrix cards were terrible so I really cant tell you if this card is the same in problems.

Looks like you might be right, I cant get it to overclock more than 30 mhz without driver crashing.
Sigh
