XS-PC Res + Pump Combo Troubles

Thread Starter
I am using the AX360 xs-pc kit and I finally double-triple checked my loop... I filled up the reservoir to full and turned on the pump, after hearing the loud "I don't have water in me" noise for a second, I quickly shut it off. After closer inspection I saw that the water wasn't going into the inlet because the res itself has a built-in piece that's not allowing the water level reach the pump. Maybe that's an incorrect assumption? Maybe I'm just being a newb... I am really scratching my head here, would like some assistance...

Thanks,
Wingedillidan

Same thing happened to me the first time i powered on my res/pump combo. Just tilt the case back and wiggle a bit until the water starts to gurgle into the loop. Once it's in, it should be fine. Think of it as feeding water to a sick person laying down, gotta tilt the head back for water to go in.
