Choice of 680 card?

Thread Starter
hey, i currently got an Evga and Gainward card in sli., but the evga's hdmi output is starting to flicker with purple pixel interferrences and want to send it in to either get a new one or switch to Gainward.

Will i loose performance if i choose a gainward instead? Or did the evga downclock to the gainward card as i activated the sli?

Cause i want both my gpu's to look alike instead of 2 of each brand.

what ever the slower card is, the faster will step down (clock it self lower) to meet up with the slower one. But without knowing the specs of each card I cant say which is faster. Personally, I think MSI makes the best cards on the market. If you can get two of those, your doing good!
