Socket A Cooling

I'm looking to replace my stock AMD HS and would like some help picking a Socket A cooler for $40 or under shipped. I won't be doing much OC'ing with this crappy HP. (unless I get a new bios or use software, any suggestions?) I also need something a little smaller, my case is only 15" H X 7" W. I'd prefer if it were a multi-socket that I could use on a future rig. Thanks.

I run a SilentBoost K7 on my secondary rig, a 2500 Barton. It's a really quiet cooler and works great. Sorry doesn't really work on newer sockets, but they have a separate K8 version
