OKay so I flushed the rad about 20 times, and every 5 flushes I used 1:10 solution of vinegar and kept it in the rad for 5 minutes. I shook it around and everything. After these 20 flushes, the sparkles are almost completely gone but there arte now these green flakes coming. Did you guys really have to flush this much?

I would flush it in both directions to help move anything that is hung up. It's what happens sometimes, your probably not the only one that has had to flush parts out that much.

Check this post http://www.overclock.net/t/1329010/build-log-nazara-danger-den-tower-12-mod/40#post_18915017 Guy used a fuel filter with some cheap hose to flush his system. Let it run 24 hours then see what the filter had picked up.
