Alright thanks in a week then I'm definitley going with the Dell 24 inch monitor. Think it will be a better choice and better picture than what I am stuck with atm!

Hey guys is the only different in the Dell UltraSharp U2312HM and the Ultra Sharp U2412M is that one is 1080 and the other is 1200p?

i have crossfire 7950s and they run like a dream in demanding games. However, i cant max out crysis 3 with 60 fps. I would go for a monoprice 1440p monitor since they are inexpensive, local, and have a warranty.

Nah I have 1440p and I am pretty sure its defective. That and the required GPU power for 1440 I just want to scale back down. I can live with it lol.

Well I am not sure... I have the Yamakasi catleap and well i have the brightness set down 3-4 clicks from the max and have never had any problems with it (knock on wood) but yea see if it will help! its an amazing monitor and I was one of the early adapters of the monitor. I would hate to see someone jump down in res but I understand the GPU requirements are high! lol.
Small wonder.
