Still worth it?

Thread Starter
As if my decision making wasn't hard enough, all of a sudden reviewers are putting out a lot of new data like "frame timing" and "runt frames" lol lucky me. Anyway, do you guys think it's still worth it to go 7950 CFX over 660 ti SLI?

AMD is working on a new driver to address these Frame timings/Runt frames issues, might be May/June.

However, the 'runt frames' are not an issue in every game, only a select few that reviewers choose to focus on.

I only face issues in FarCry3 Dx11 with 7970s in CF, the rest of the games play just as smooth as my Nvidia rig (580s in SLI). The stutter heavily depends on the person playing, some might notice it, some might not.

The jury's still out, but the GTX 660 Ti SLI is the better buy right now because of Crossfire scaling. If you were going single card it'd be a different thing.
