This packs exactly the amount of power i need in my pc games, without being too big. Great job, I'll most likely pick this up on release date smile.gif
glad that helped thumb.gif

With GCN's ravenous appetite for power and thus heat output, don't hold your breath. Nothing from Tahiti anyway, and probably not even Pitcairn....

To be fair, Nvidia stripped out a ton of the compute in the 6xx series cards. Titan had that added back. AMDs cards had non of that stripped out.

AMD's cards are monsters, but their focus is split between compute and gaming. With GK104,106, etc. the focus was ALL gaming, and because of that, nvidia was able to make the chip much more lean and power efficient.

AMD's cards from this generation are truly monstrous. Unfortunately, that comes at the price of power consumption.

I could fit it in my pocket.

"Is that a rocket in your pocket or are you just happy to see me"?

"No I'm not, its a GPU, GEEZ".

I can imagine filling up something like a tennis ball thrower to launch these and smashing them with a bat to my own horror and many onlookers ,but I would still keep doing it.
