Is the ASUS M5A99X EVO Motherboard R2 any good?

I was just looking into this motherboard and it looks really nice I think the black,white,blue will go well with my build and I wanted to do a little overclocking on my AMD 955 has anyone used this before and please let me know what you thought of it smile.gif

Well i got the original version of this board and it's a very stable mb, best mb i've ever owned. I managed to unlock and overclock my cpu from an X4 to an X6 @ 3.8ghz 1.31v. So i believe you should be able to overclock your X4 955 to @ least 4ghz.

note the v2 can not unlock ... i learned that the hard way lol now i got a tricore but i do love the board ... mines the pro not the evo for the price diferance get the pro
