Need a new gaming mouse - Page 4

I am in the exact same position as the OP ... Exact same grip style and same country ...

I am currently using the CM Storm Z3Ro-G and hate it ... was looking at the sensei raw matte edition but was told that is a bad idea if you have sweaty hands as it becomes super slippery ...

I am currently looking at the Sensei Raw, Deathadder or Corsair M65 (as I would kill for a decent white mouse) all of these options I can get for under R700 with the sensei raw being under R600

If I buy in the next days I will update my findings for you OP

corsair mice have realy good reviews. I'm thinking about one for myself in replacement of my imperator 2012 . It's a decent white mouse. only the black m65 is rubberized though ...

My birthday is next Friday (12th) and I need to make my decision pretty soon. I was sold on the Sensei until I saw what happens to the finish of the mouse.

Why are we so picky? rolleyes.gif

This one looks indeed very great. Heard also good stuff about it. I might be wrong but isn´t the M65 not so good for big hands? This could be the only problem otherwise Corsair products are always good.

The M65 looks very promising. It's got the rubber covering and I've never used a mouse with that so I have no idea how it'd feel.

What smoothing are you talking about? I haven't seen anybody else complain about DA interpolation and couldn't Google anything so care to explain?

To my knowledge the sensei raw doesn't have coating issues ...

The better question is:
Why are companies unable to design stuff properly?

My top recommendation is always the Deathadder 2013.
If you like the shape/weight.. you don't have problems with Synapse, this is the mouse to go.

Agree.. didn't hear that aswell.

The reason why i've recommended you the Sensei is that you had a Avago 9500 mouse and imo the shape of the Sensei is superb for the majority also it got an awsome build quality & good switches.
If you pick a mouse with a Avago 9500.. you can really just focus on the shape and the features you need.

The Sniper button of the m65 could get in the way if you have big hands.

Hence i've recommended the rubberized version.

No need for anything over G400/MX518 for a gaming mouse in my opinion. Had mine for so many years now the logo has faded, still works a treat! Why not buy another logitech?

I have a coolermaser inferno. Tacky "Gaming mouse" but it is actually excellent for the money, and fits what I wanted it for, which is having a lot of buttons.

I managed to pick mine up for £16, but they RRP at £30. I don';t know if they're available where you are though.
