I need some opinions to make a choice...

Hello there! My old monitor died and I need a new one... Since I'm on a budget I read some topics here, but most of the monitors suggested there aren't available in my country rolleyes.gif So I checked some monitors that ARE available here and am hoping that you guys will enlighten me which of them is the best option for me:
ASUS VS229H
ASUS VH242S
ASUS VH242H
ASUS ML249H

Acer V245HLbd

AOC i2353Fh

LG IPS234V-PN

Philips 247E3LPHSU2
Philips 247E3LSU2
Philips 237E3QPHSU
Philips 237E4QHAD

That's pretty much all I can get... Soo I'm going to use it for occasional gaming and more for watching HD movies/series. My GPU is GTS 450, with the hopes of improving it in the near(ish) future biggrin.gif I was initially going for the first ASUS, but read some threads here and found that a lot of people don't like LED LCDs and saw that the response time is 14ms and most of the people were recommending <10/<5 ms response time... So I decided to ask you guys, since I'm a newb for monitors biggrin.gif

I would go with the VH242H, it's a really solid all around panel. The IPS you have in the lineup has really bad input lag problems/ghosting.
