GPU is always idle?

Update:

Fixed.

Solution to my problem listed below is to download and install this: http://developer.amd.com/gpu/AMDAPPSDK/downloads/Pages/default.aspx

You may need to reboot before it will work (I needed to reboot). Now my GPU says running and is under full load according to GPU-Z. I found this out thanks to a reply located here: http://www.overclock.net/t/977079/windows-7-v7-gpu-folding-guide/60

So I just discovered folding only a few hours ago and got right to it. My CPU is hard at work, but my GPU is "waiting for idle". I can't imagine that since it couldn't possibly be in use. I even increased the priority in the settings and that didn't change anything. What can I do to get it working?

Also I've been receiving this error message about fah core 16 or something. I'll take a screenshot of it next time it appears (always seems to be when I lock my PC and am afk lol).

Update: Here it is

The program still functions and my CPU is still working away. I'm just not sure why that message appears (perhaps it relates to my GPU being idle).

I mean the GPU says it's "paused:waiting for idle". That would tell me it's doing absolutely no work at all because it's currently in use (waiting to be idle).

According to GPU-Z my GPU load is 0% (while my CPU load is ~90%).

I've noticed this from the log.

20:40:57:WU01:FS00:Starting
20:40:57:WU01:FS00:Running FahCore: "C:\Program Files (x86)\FAHClient/FAHCoreWrapper.exe" C:/Users/Tyler/AppData/Roaming/FAHClient/cores/www.stanford.edu/~pande/Win32/AMD64/ATI/R600/Core_16.fah/FahCore_16.exe -dir 01 -suffix 01 -version 703 -lifeline 1388 -checkpoint 15 -gpu 0 -gpu-vendor ati
20:40:57:WU01:FS00:Started FahCore on PID 7072
20:40:58:WU01:FS00:Core PID:2340
20:40:58:WU01:FS00:FahCore 0x16 started
20:42:34:FS00:Shutting core down
20:42:39:WU01:FS00:FahCore returned: INTERRUPTED (102 = 0x66)

20:45:43:WU00:FS01:0xa4:Completed 295000 out of 500000 steps (59%)
20:48:32:WU00:FS01:0xa4:Completed 300000 out of 500000 steps (60%)

It seems to me that it succesfully starts then shortly is interrupted causing the error.
