for my nb i have it at 1.4v and i was wondering is 1.5 safe, and what else can i do to help oc my e6400, i have a shizzy nforce 4 mobo for my rig with the e6400 and im trying to just get to 2.5 or 2.6 ghz

nFORCE Motherboards in general are very poor for overclocking an Intel CPU. However Ive seen people go to 1.5 but becareful....Watch your temps...I actually wouldnt do it and get a new motherboard.
