Quality internal components, such as the capacitors and everything else inside the PSU. It's all critical.
If you don't overclock anything at all, then a quality-made 550W PSU is more than enough:
With two GTX 680s under full load in their system, their PSU pulled 473W from the wall outlet. Their CPU was idling, so I have to add 95W for the 2600K under full load. That makes the PSU pulling 568W from the wall outlet with the 680s and the 2600K under full load simultaneously. So, if the PSU is 90% efficient while pulling 568W from the wall outlet, then the system is pulling 511W from the PSU. Of course, this is an unrealistically high power draw because I'm saying the 680s and the 2600K are under full load at the same time. The gaming power consumption will be about 450-475W, maybe 500W at the most. This would be nothing for a quality-made 550W unit because it would be able to deliver 550W 24/7 if it's ever needed.
There are a few good 550W PSUs I can recommend, but there's this high-end 650W PSU that happens to be made by Rosewill that's going for $89.99 shipped and then it's $74.99 after the rebate card:
The 650W Rosewill CAPSTONE Modular Cable Version Series
This would provide plenty of room for overclocking the 2600K.
