That G.Skill RAM you linked.. I don't know what ICs it contains. However, the Firestix contain Micron D9 chips, which are the best for overclocking, and they could reach 500MHz+, which would give you a ~3.5ghz clockspeed on your CPU
Yeah, I'd actually like to see a member of this forum reaching those speeds, there's about 3 or 4 people that said they were going to get them and show me that they were going to pull the 1000mhz........but no show so far and it's been over 4 days.

; IMO, spend an extra $50 to $60 for RAM and be certain that the memory you get, it's going to be well worth it. Personally, I'm not recommending the Firestix till someone actually shows it.

I'd say go for the SuperTalent: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820609026, at least they do what my G.Skill can do, 4-4-4-9 @ 2.30v. Well, close, mine are at 4-4-4-8.
Go for CAS 4 minimum rated D9s, CAS 5 IMO are not high binned.

Nice rig, the difference between the P5B Delux and the P5B Delux Wifi-AP is the wifi version has wireless internet built in the motherboard. I personally need the Wifi.

I plan on getting a very similar build, only with the E6600, but same RAM and mobo. My parents have had Super Talent RAM since '01 and have had no issues. My Patriot RAM (1 stick) died in like 6 months...

It sucks, indeed.

Right here

Barebone for 160 AND free shipping. Pretty sweet :]

I actually changed up my newegg order and went with the Big Typhoon instead of the Freezer 7.

I want to lap it but i don't think i have the proper tools and i've no previous experience >:3

Where are you getting that video card from?

I just might grab that OEM chip for $160, why not save $20 when I have a BT for it anyway, report back after you get that chip with maybe a week number or something.
