ENJOY!

Thank you. I am going to try the bios on my Sapphire 950mhz Edition.

Is the voltage locked?

ENJOY!

ASIC score of 72% is decent.

I tried your BIOS and my SApphire 950mhz Ediiton worked fine with it but couldn't get it stable for 1300mhz. With my BIOS I can run it stable at 1300mhz. I have water cooling.

Watch your VRM temps when over clocking. At around 115C my BUSSMAN chockes on my VRMs begin to drop load to 63%. So under load with my sapper bios at 1300mhz core with poor VRM cooling my load will flop back and forth between 63% to 100%. You can see how it effects my power curve and heat in this screen shot when using an XSPC RAZER HD7970 new edition water block which doesn't cool VRM very good.

Good thing is that your BIOS is compatible with my card so I am almost certain your card has HYNIX memory like mine. The HYNIX memory goes much faster than the Elpida.

My SApper BIOS may be compatible with this card. Try it out at your own risk. It may help with over clocking. Just make certain your cooling is up for the job. Water cooling is recommended.

Subbed for more info! I already have a 7950, but I could easily be talked into another one, especially if those nice new XSPC 7970 water blocks will fit on it. drool.gif

Have you read my review about the new XSPC HD7970 block? The block cools the GPU great but it is terrible at cooling the VRMs. I can't recommend that block at all. I would stay away from it till XSPC redesigns the VRM cooling part of the block.

I'm not really sure what the differences are, but there is one thing I noticed between the 2 cards on Newegg.

for the people who bought the card which one did you get? seems like the SAPPHIRE 100352-4L has less accessories than the other

That is kind of confusing. The truth is Newegg will charge a restocking fee for either of these cards if the box that the card comes in has been opened and the card has been used. Only way to avoid restocking fee is if you get the card and then decide you don't want it and return it in like new condition with the card not being used and the box not opened.
