Lot of people do testing on fans. I also think someone called Martin did reviews on a lot of the popular fans.

200mm are great for air pressure like said above. If you just want more RPM, then a 2 x 120 or 140 is what you'd need.

CFM and static pressure are two different things. 200mm fans will move 110CFM, but the area that the fan has to push the air is much greater, which means it can spread the load of such a high CFM, at the cost of static pressure. If you were to run it at the speeds a 120mm fan runs at, you'd be pushing up towards, and most likely past 200CFM, but static pressure would still be at or below that of 120mm and 140mm fans.
