You have two sticks of that ram right? If so it should say Dual not single on the right there. Might wanna make sure they are both in securely and in the right slots.

I have no idea why is says that. Both of them are in securely...why is that or what else should I do?

Shut down the comp and remove the ram and insert it again. If that doesnt work try the other slots on your mobo. The DFI boards usually have slots for single ram and then the other slots for dual channel.

Whats slots are you RAM in?

Make sure their in two slots which are the same colour - I believe Orange and Orange are best

OT - pink; you've got a system a bit similar to mine Same board and thats the RAM I'm after, if I can afford another hard drive we'll have same size hard drives too
