Second loop. Thoughts, Critques & Pump recommendation.

So I finally tore down my old loop, put everything in a new case and changed a few components
It definitely still needs work as I'm having trouble finding space for my hard drives. I think I'm going to have to change out the bay res and go for cylindrical to remedy that, which would be a shame as I do find the FrozenQ bay res very... pretty. I haven't finished bleeding the loop yet either but I'll have to unmount the top radiator for that and I haven't gotten around it.
However my main concern is that the pump I'm using is underpowered and I'm unsure what the best plan is.
I'm using an MCP350 at the moment, running it full 12v and there are areas where the flow doesn't look to be sufficient.
I could add another MCP350 or swap it out entirely for either a MCP35x or a D5 Vario.
I did like the idea of running the pump on my fan controller (a Lamptron FC3 v2 - Happy with 30w) though PWM seems more convenient than the D5.

Anyway here are some pictures of the loop so far!

It definitely needs some cable management, though at the moment without the hard drives being internal there aren't many options so hopefully everything is still visible despite the mess. tongue.gif

My temperatures aren't greatly suffering however I was running an XSPC 750 with barbs before, this is my first loop with angled fittings, and QDCs. I wouldn't mind someone else looking over it.

For the best part I'm happy with most of the tubing, there are areas that could do with a little more give, namely between the QDC & GPU block.

Well theirs two things you could do that would fix this loop system up nice. One idea would be to put that 240rad as an exterior rad behind the back panel.

Another idea would be to get rid of that 240rad completely, and just put a 120rad on the rear exhaust area. Imho, that 240 on the bottom just looks way out'a place.

If you rearranged/removed the 240rad, you could put a pump on the bottom next to the psu and add a cylinder res on top. MCP 655 with a Bitspower Res would look quite nice. thumb.gif
