Auria EQ276W 27" IPS LED Monitor Displayport Link Failure Problem

My monitor osd shows it's running at 60Hz but my CCC is showing that Monitor Maximum Reported Refresh Rate is 75hz. So I think when I power cycle the monitor, the pc will try and run the monitor at 75Hz resulting in No Signal. But after I power cycle again, I get the Displayport Link Failure message and asking me to reconfigured it. Anyone having the same problem? Looking for solutions. Screenshots below.

Hmmm I guess this unit is defective, nobody encountered the same issue frown.gif

Once in a while I get this on one of my three monitors on start up. I just sleep my pc, wake it up and all is fine. If you google the problem it randomly happens to people.

I just clicked the "don't display this message again", as it only happens now and then.

Ty for reply. I normally turn off the monitor only when I leave my pc. It happens every single time I turn my monitor on frown.gif

Be glad you can even use your displayport.

Mine doesn't work at all with a Mac or a PC.

Nice monitor none the less.

No not really. You should have returned it and had it replaced if it was defective. I paid full price for a product, I expect a fully working monitor otherwise I would have gotten an open box one.

I agree with you, it's not just an isolated issue with these monitors though.

Search around, there are a few threads and many people have had problems with the displayport connection.

That is what I meant by "be glad".

Ty for the replies. I actually googled before posting a thread here. The search results I found were old like 2-3 years ago. I only found 2 people having the same issue and didn't get replies. Since it wasn't on this forum, I decided to try since there are a few owners of the same monitor here.

I get the error on my dell screens and it only started happening when I got my 7950's. It happens with either card and any cable configuration (mini dp to dp with adapter, mini dp to dp cable and dp to dvi with active adapter).

After all my testing and a fresh win install i came to the conclusion it must be driver related in some way. Never happened with my 6970's.
