Which is better? I'm using a RV02 case.

You would be better off getting a 660TI thumb.gif

ASUS dual fan is quieter than reference blower and ASUS has a better voltage regulator (their Digi+ instead of the OnSemi NCP5395 with no i2c voltage control).

The only reason to go with EVGA would be for better warranty than ASUS's horrible RMA.

From what I have read the Asus Direct Cu's are really quiet. Before I watercooled my EVGA 670's I thought they were acceptibly quiet, but not quiet. And the fan could not be heard with headphones on or the speakers. So not too bad.
I own 4 EVGA gpu's and when I thought one was acting up, EVGA had an rma number in my inbox in 20 minutes. Awesome! (Turned out to be a failing monitor, btw)

What about this EVGA model - too pricey?
