Should I overclock with the EZ OC Button activated?

I've got a Sapphire Vapor-X 7970 and I'm wondering if the OC button should be activated while overclocking, or should it be deactivated?

There is an OC button on the card? Or do you mean something in your BIOS or in Windows? You should always overclock through Sapphire Trixx. If you are overclocking and there is something that says "EZ" it is usually too good to be true and you shouldn't use it. Do you mean the switch on the card near where you put the crossfire switch?

Yes, the button on the card.
