I saw that already I said theres no good comparison on the net that reviews them neck to neck. I highly suggest you learn to read or answer a simple question

So which card is better, not that hard to answer for a rep.

The Tahiti LE is faster as it has more stream processors (1536 SP vs 1280 SP for the GHz edition).

The clear answer is the 7870 le. Considering the review that was posted in the second post, comparing the 7870 xt vs higher end cards (7970 and 660), which are in a completely different caliber than the 7870 ghz, should have easily answered your question considering the prices are the exact same. I suggest you put 2 and 2 together and make easy decisions out of common sense. If you had learned to read, or perhaps search, then you wouldn't be asking this question in the first place.

Hope this helps.

As already mentioned, the 7870 LE has more stream processors and uses a different chip, its actual name should be the HD7930. I think the Tahiti LE is the better buy as long as it isn't $25+ more expensive.

The Tahiti LE (wish they just called it a 7930 lol) is a better card & better buy for the relatively similar pricing to the 7870 GHz Edition.
You'd need to get a very strong OC out of a GHz to match the Tahiti or get the GHz edition at a significantly better price to make it worth it.

The Sapphire XT version seems to be of the best build quality of the 3x available, followed by the PowerColor EZ, and MYST edition.

If you are getting a 7870 Tahiti I would NOT buy a powercolor. So many problems I can't begin.

It has amazing price/performance, benchs well too. With MIR its unbeatable up to the low $300s.

Temps are meh. Its not as quiet as reviews would make you believe, unless you have insanely good cooling already.

Does have tons of problems though. Has rendering issues as with the other radeon 7000s, clock management is strange (can throttle hardcore, be VERY careful when OCing. Check core clock carefully on a chart for OC under full load. It will throttle rather than artifact, leading you to believe your OC is stable when it isn't.), can have CFX issues, had strange browser issue where my windows kept resizing themselves every few minutes with a flicker; very annoying. Mine also artifacted after 2 weeks @ stock. Finally, power draw is higher than a 7970.

YMMV, I had an awful 7870 tahiti. Powercolor Myst.
