I'm sure many of you saw this today, and I thought you guys would like it.

This site, created by user brainflakes does a good job illustrating frame rate differences.

Best example I've seen without personally seeing the different types of monitors in person.

Personally I don't see the point of it.

I can see that the 120 is smoother then the 60... on my 60hz monitor.


This is more:
"Javascript is bad at syncing/timing" visualization, because 120 and 60 should visualize the same on a 60hz monitor.

Though this makes sense, when I used to play on a 60hz screen, I still noticed the game ran smoother when playing above 60 fps.
