help with HP Pavilion g7-2320dx possible heat issue

I have a brand new computer its about 2 months old. now i currently have it with or without a cooler but planning on getting a better one. Cooler master U2 ish type. anyways its runs about 130F to 140F degrees idle and slight cpu elevated. then it jumps to 69 to 71 c while in a game with full ventilation with nothing blocking it. now fan is on but not full boar maybe half mass? someone said that the sensors on AMD`s arnt always accurate and if it was actually that temp it would be burning to the touch. its warm but not even that hot. According to HP i should have it looked at since its not between 130 and 140F but they never understand full load. any info on if i should send it in or what not? Thanks Ant
