Monitor changing the color of certain windows?

I have 2 monitors, an ASUS VE205T and a Samsung Syncmaster 943BWX. On my ASUS, all of the colors stay correct and the same. However, when I open pictures, the Samsung distorts the colors. It is especially noticeable with this photo.
On the ASUS

On the Samsung

I am curious as to how I might be able to fix it.
I already tried turning MagicColor off on the monitor.

Suggestions?

OH OH OH I KNOW
I had this same problem on 2 Samsung displays.

You need to change your monitor's color profile.
Go to your start menu and search for "Color Management"
Go to the Advanced tab and change your default profile.

Your monitor is probably using Samsungs Color Management profile, this is causing the discoloration. You want to select the "sRBG" profile.

This is caused by the Samsung color profile (.icm file) that Windows defaults to using. I don't know why or what causes the colors to be so off, but here is the fix:

1) From the Control Panel, open the Color Management link
3) Select the Samsung display from the drop-down list
4) Check the 'Use my settings for this device' box
5) Click the 'Add...' button, select the "sRGB IEC61966-2.1" profile and click 'OK'
6) Set the new "sRGB" profile as the default profile (using the 'Set as Default Profile' button)
7) (Optional) delete the original Samsung profile

Edit: damn, ninja'd
