Wondering if this old asrock 4core1333 glan mobo is capable or worth even trying to oc a q6600.... would like to get it to at least 3ghz , if its possible to oc it I will be getting a cooler master 212 to throw on it.

Problem is I dont think this boards bios allow vcore adjustment.

Just trying to play around with it for now untill I decide on getting a better mobo to oc it along with a second 9600gt, or just put money towards a new sandy rig

Heres pics of my limited bios settings.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
I havent done much oc-ing, I had this q66 cranked up a bit on a asusp5bse board but the board ended up fried :-/ so will wait for help this time around :-P
