You will not have a bottleneck with 1 7970, with two there may be a noticeable bottlneck at stock but you should be fine if you are overclocking the CPU.

I would push that 960 to 4.3-4.5 and just wait for Haswell

I will try, I need to get new ram, this cheap stuff wont let me oc much further.

Might drop to 8gb 2x4.

Grab some cas 9 2133 and just down clock and tighten up the timings
