Glad you got it sorted I see many threads like this with SP2 issues.

I've got this same bloody problem.

200GB drive, my final, largest partition (about 30GB) doesn't show up in Windows Setup (says its unpartitioned) or in Windows - as soon as SP2 is installed, its fine.

Its just that partition :s
