On USA you can find diamond reference. I suggest them over any card.
Now on eu you cant find diamonds so i choose vtx3d.

You are no so lucky because now most providers dont use the reference pcb anymore like xfx, sapphire or gigabyte. They use all customs pcb so its not an option.

So
Diamond

The custom DD cooler on the XFX AMD 7000 series is crap beyond belief i sold mine after 10 weeks as i could not stand that POS card

The XFX AMD 5000 and 6000 cards are alright even the custom cards are alright but everyone at XFX got high and drunk when they made the 7000 series custom cards

LOL who said i was funny?

Otherwise msi have one with the alternate pcb.

That depends. Only custom halo cards like the Lightning, DC2/Matrix have fullcover blocks. Otherwise you will have to use a gpu only block. If you think you can buy whatever custom card willy nilly and think you can slap on a fullcover... you will get burned. Sugar gave you some good advice to save you from making another beginner thread like, help this block doesn't fit...

Is CoolingConfigurator wrong then? When I put in 7970, it says that the block with work on cards like the XFX Black Edition, Sapphire Double-X, and the Gigabyte triple fan cards. I can get any of those correct?

That DB is not always up to date. It gives ya a general idea but can be wrong especially when there are so many revisions of the cards in question.

I told you that nowdays most providers use custom pcb. They avoid the reference pcb anymore so if you find stock from previous revisions (aka the reference one) then you are lucky. But then you must search the revisions the pcb (because you must always check for yourself the pcb with photos) etc etc to be sure. Because you want to wc the easy choice is the diamonds. If you can find them no point to search for anything else
