I bought a new LG D2343P recently, and I set the resolution to 1920x1080. Strangely, I can see the pixel clearly, and reading small text is a real pain with this. I tried to change the resolution to 1366x768, 1280x720, and the pixel are less visible with those two resolution, where the monitor is actually 1080p native. I've tried using DVI cable, VGA cable, and HDMI cable, but it's the same. This is strange because I have a samsung SA300 which is 1366x768 18.5", which has a lower PPI than LG D2343P, but I can't even see the pixel even when I look really closely. Is 1080p supposed to look like this ? These pixels is more visible on brighter color like white or yellow. I know that this is a passive 3d monitor, but should it affect the screen when in 2d mode ? I use a HD 7750.
