NZXT Phantom severely damaged from shipping. What should I do?

So my phantom was on my doorstep when I came home from work. The box was a shambles- immediately raised a red flag. Open it up and what do you know? The side panel is bent, barely allowing me to take off/on, the pins holding in the front panel are snapped clean in two, and the spring loaded thread thing for attaching the middle thumb screw has snapped off as well. Ah, just noticed the rear of the case is bowed out too.

I'm really excited to start my build and I figure I can manage with these issues but it's so damn disappointing. Should I send it back? How long does that even take? (I used UPS)

call nzxt and get it rma'd! your new build deserves a nice new home! and you spent good money for a NEW case, not a beat up case

Don't keep it, speak with the company you purchased it from to file a claim with UPS. I would never accept anything less than what I paid for in terms of condition. Just have a little patience and get what you paid one in good condition.

I personally would return it.Don't accept anything less than perfect for your pc.The return process would most likely take a week or a little more for a replacement.

Now the question is what is it going to cost you to return it?Hopefully wherever you bought it from will help.If they are willing then without a doubt return it.

I bought it from amazon, just left a scathing feedback for them. This was the last item to arrive and I could finally get started....So I go through amazon to get an RMA?

I had a pretty dinged up corner on the side panel on my phantom and NZXT disregarded any attempts to get me a new one. It was like that corner was dropped, installed incorrectly or something since my case was in great shape other wise. Best of luck.

Amazon will give you another case no questions asked most likely. Nothing to see here.

Should have called amazon first before leaving "scathing" feedback when in fact they fulfilled their duties completely.. UPS did this, not amazon.

Going through the return steps on amazon now. I wish I could time travel back to when the case was shipping, watch the unfortunate event(s) occur and either slap the S*** out of the person responsible or smash whatever machine did this.
