I need a lil more info... system specs would help.

Did you run any benchies, like 3DMark05 or so?

Ok.. first, we need to know exactly which parts you have in your rig. Go to User CP on the top of the page, click it, and then select 'Edit System Specs'. Fill out as much as you can.

I have a feeling you have not (properly) installed the drivers for this card. The X1600 is a decent mid range card, and should give you good results in many (slightly older) games, and should even run newer games at medium settings.

Update to the latest driver and see if that works. My X1600Pro 512MB Sapphire is okay not bad...and the only way for it to have a 10 fps is everything set a max! like 2056X1600 resolution XD lol. As if i have that type of monitor

That's odd. Try deleting current drivers, installing new ones, restarting your computer and check your performance by doing benchmarks. Your card could simply have problems, causing it to become slower.
I know that is far from the norm because I get 90FPS constantly in CS:S Max AA/AF at 1280x1024 and WoW I get around 80-95FPS maxed out also at 1280x1024, this is with an X800XL.

EDIT - This is with my Athlon64 X2 running at 2.4GHz, my ATi X800XL at stock, and 2GB of DDR 600 Ram with 2-4-4-10 timings.
