MPOWER vs OC FORMULA vs UP5 vs UD5H

I'm really having a hard time choosing between these boards.

Gigabyte UD5H or UP5

MSI Mpower

Asrock OC Formula

I originally chose the MSI Mpower but saw that with just another $20 or $30 I could get the Asrock OC Formula or Gigabyte UP5. The problem is I'll be using the motherboard in the Philippines and I can't risk with compatibility issues or the board getting dead. I have my PSU in the Philippines and I just need to buy a board. I can't test it here while in the US with my PSU (Corsair TX850W). I can only test it with my brother's PSU (OCZ 750w). So I really wanted the MPOWER because it's pre tested to lessen the possibility of DOA. I also saw problems with the GIGABYTE UP5 (newegg reviews) saying that it has compatibility issues with certain PSUs. I also saw it from xbitlabs.com review of the UP5.

Which is the best among these in terms of components, VRMs, PWMs, OC capability to about 4.5ghz.

How do they compare in terms of components? and also UP5 vs OC formula?

I bought the M-Power my self, its a great motherboard! High quality VRM's and PWM's overall nice look and feel to it, certainly feels like a motherboard at twice the price.
And as it is pre-tested, it don't get much safer than that really.
It overclocks well (about same as the top ones) and has more than enough features for most people.

I have owned countless of motherboards, and this is actually the best motherboard for the price that I have ever bought, I love it! smile.gif

The others are good too, no doubt! But my vote goes for the M-Power!

I haven't heard anyone having problems with this board and certain power supplies, the board works flawlessly with my ax1200.

I'm really having a hard time choosing.

UP5 - may have compatibility issue with my PSU, Thunderbolt is a waste of money cause I won't be using it.
OC Formula - maybe should only be used for too extreme OCing which I won't be doing.
Mpower - nothing much of disadvantage, it's just that for about $25-$30 more I could get either of the 2 boards above.
UD5H - ugly color scheme and may have some issues on hackintosh.
