Cooler Master USA Rep looking for your feedback on line of CM Storm gaming mice! - Page 25

I never talked to you personally. I never claimed to use someones else quote acting as if it came from you.
I only adressed your company, with you ultimately working as their middle man/spokesperson/representive.
I dont care what your name is. It could be CMRajiv, CMIdontcare CMISuck. It doesnt matter.
Your company knew about this for the longest time. Your company did not fix it.
Your company had flaws in their internal communication that affected me as the end user.
I don't care if it was the EU or USA departments fault, and I dont like when you toss blames to one or another.
THAT was my point.
You personally fixed the problem with the bug tho, and I salute you for that. But you really need to learn how
and when to be humble and admit that your company have pissed off many customers and apologize for it.
(And if you didn't understand, that is not directed to you personally, but to your company)

Your response just continue to prove you are here to egg me on after I've given you all the information you wanted. The minute you demanded an apology to YOU (when I've already apologized to people afflicted by this problem before bringing out the fix), I looked into your post history and saw it. If you are the type of person that has to get the last word in, so be it.

Not a problem. I'll edit this post later with a paint pic when i get a chance to re-flash to latest firmware again.

Edit: So i re flashed to the latest firmware and tracking is fine again, i guess something went wrong the first time i flashed the mouse. No dpc latency / cpu spikes, all seems fine. thumb.gif

I bought the Cooler Master Spawn. I'm not going to read the entire thread to see if anyone else has mentioned this so sorry if they have.

The gaming mouse industry is filled with mice for mid to large handed gamers or gamers who palm. There are scarcely any mice that cater to the small to mid sized handed gamer who claw/finger tip grip.

I thought the CM Spawn was the holy grail, nope. IT IS TO WIDE, if you have smaller hands and you like to grip the right outside of the mouse with your fingers its difficult. My hand was cramping trying to use it.

GET RID OF THE PINKY REST AND I'LL BUY 20 SPAWN MICE!

Averaged sized handed gamers have a smorgasbord of choices. Companies need to start designing for the rest of us.

Thank You

Was gonna say the new firmware added acceleration, but it seems to be an issue i'm having with all mice in all games at the moment.
Hopefully someone else can test out the new Spawn firmware.

I would absolutely love a Sensei/IMO shaped version of the Spawn. There are the Zowie mice for "flawless tracking" optical ambidextrous mice, but they're pretty basic and I'd love to have some software to mess with (custom functions for each button, for example). I really liked the Spawn from a technical sense, but I much, much prefer the big ambidextrous mice over the short/wide/ergonomic stuff.

It's funny you should say that, as I would absolutely love a Spawn/Xornet shaped Sensei.

Hmm, I'm kind of curious, but why? The sensor on the Spawn is better. Only advantage I can think of the Sensei having is custom DPI, but that's not really specific to the Sensei.

NO DRIVERS
3 DPI SETTINGS
NICE SWITCHES
MEATY RUBBER GRIPS ON THE SIDE
NICE SOFT RUBBER ON THE MOUSE CLICKS
PERFECT CLAW GRIP DESIGN
GOOD TRACKING
HAS GOOD WEIGHT NOT TOO LIGHT/HEAVY
I SPILLED MY ALLAGASH TRIPEL ALE ALL OVER IT, STILL WORKS.
NICE FLEXIBLE NO TANGLE CORD
BLACK & WHITE AESTHETIC VERY PLEASING TO THE EYE VS THE RED/BLACK SPAWN

CONS:
My only gripe with this mouse is that the scroll wheel action (scrolling the wheel up and down not clicking, the click is wonderful) could be a little tighter. Its kind of loose.
Thats it.

Using this over a vanilla sensei and feenix nascita, thats right, im using and love this $20 mouse over TWO ~$100 mice.
will probably pick up a spawn and a couple more xornets just because they are so cheap and be set for life.

love playing RTS/FPS games with the Xornet, LOVE IT.

This +1 I love my xornet and my wife loves it so much she made me buy her one too!. thumb.gif

The only CM mouse attractive to me is the Storm because of the 3090 but I dont like its shape.

As for keyboards, the Storm Trigger looked very attractive to me but seemed just a tad too pricey, which is why I settled with the QPAD MK 80 that comes for a whooping 50€ less with similar features. I think you can do some better work there. If the Trigger had a few more features and would cost only a bit less (around 100-110) I would have went for that!

For your future projects, would really get my attention is something liek a mixture of a Logitech G400 and Zowie EC1 Evo, with the following features:
-have rubber sides and glossy surface
-be an ergonomical mix of the 2 above
-a3090 with only 3 dpi steps that cause no pixel skipping and ****
-focus on low weight (nobody does trhat..)
-omron switches
instant buy
