man msi have been making vid cards for years i think even before some of the guys around today that are the big wigs, i still have my gforce 4 ti 4200 from them and it still works

Not trying to flame, but just want an answer or more of an opinion.

Why are you going with 8800 series cards in SLI as of yet? Are you gaming on a large LCD monitor 30" or above?

To me it just seems like a waste of money to have the most powerful cards on the market, much less in SLI, to be used on a system in which you have a 20" monitor and are using a chip that will severely bottleneck the system. Unless of course it's purely for bragging rights then I'll understand wholly.

got the 30in cenima hd so i had a purpose, and bragging rights obviously
Edit: my rig that was ocupiing my profile spot 20min ago had the cenima hd (my uber rig)
