GTA IV ProReal Mod
ProReal
Grand Theft Auto IV ProReal mod is a project in development that focuses in improving several game aspects by taking advantage of the huge modding community around, not only GTA IV, but all of the GTA Series. Performance, graphics and gameplay are the main subjects around the mod, trying to make the game more immersive and enjoyable, whilst making it look beautiful and run fluently, for a whole new Grand Theft Auto IV experience. The mods used in the ProReal are taken from websites such as (www.gtainside.com) and others. All credits go to the original mod makers and I don't take any credits for what's included on the ProReal. Thank you.

Timecycle / Weathers
The line of thought I'm following regarding cloudy, foggy and rainy weathers.
Cloudy
Autumn Preset. Supposed to be connected to the sunny windy weather, as a progression. Brown/Grey colored, less saturated, the least darker weather from the cloudy/raining ones. Fully covered sky with clouds. No fog
Raining
Autumn Preset. Supposed to be connected to the cloudy weather, as a progression. Again, Brown/Grey colored, slightly less saturated compared to the cloudy weather, darker than the cloudy weather. Darker, fully covered sky. No fog
Lighting
Autumn Preset. Supposed to be connected to the raining weather, as a progression. Again, brown/Grey colored, least saturated of the cloudy/raining weathers. Darkest of the skies, fully covered. No Fog.
Foggy
Autumn/Winter Preset. White/Grey colored, Low saturation, Low visibility, Fully covered sky. Heavy Fog. Cold Feel. NOTE: Still in the works

Timecycle / Weathers
The line of thought I'm following regarding sunny weathers.
Sunny Weathers
Extra Sunny
Summer Preset. The brightest of the weathers. Very few clouds. Clear blue/purpleish nights with a warm feel. No Fog.
Sunny
Spring Preset. The middle ground of sunny weathers. Average amount of clouds. Blue/Greyish nights still with a warm feel. A smidge of fog regarding dawns and dusks
Sunny Windy
Autumn Preset. The less saturated of the sunny weathers. More clouds than the sunny weather. Blue/Greenish nights with a colder feel. A touch of fog regarding dawns and dusks.

What happened since this was picked up?
Decided to retrace my steps and consequentially redo the whole pack from scratch to see if I missed something. And I surely did. Found a bunch of useful things I could introduce into Grand Theft Auto IV but, then again, good old GTA IV pulls the leg on me and starts crashing because of everything and nothing. So if you wonder why this is taking so long to be released, there's your answer.
Modding Grand Theft Auto IV is 75% crash fixing, 25% actually making some damn progress.
Anyway, it's coming along. More info tomorrow
