Now my issue is my memory cannot clock past the 466, limiting everything. Timmings are currently at 3-3-3-8.
If I loosen timmings further, could I push it up around DDR 500?
I tried boosting the vdimm and vcore to compsensate and I could not push it past HTT 285.
I had the same issue until boredom showed me a couple of memory tweaks I missed...that's why asked for the screen shot of your memory timings with a64 tweaker

So, I am now sitting here at 2.9 GHz. Only problem is that in order to hit that, I had to turn down RAM to 200. My stupid Mobo locks on POST screen anytime I try 266. If it could run 266, I would be sitting at ~DDR 425 right now.
As it is I am at DDR 320. In the real world, how much of a difference is this going to make? Am I better off leaving the CPU clocked ~2.5 at DDR 466 or where I am at 2.9 DDR 320? My OC is not even that stable, failed P95 very quickly, so likely I will end up ~2.75 and DDR 300.
Do you all think my 266 issue is because my RAM and Mobo aren't playing nice? Could it possibly be timming issues?
Thanks for all you your help thus far.

Max vdimm I have tried so far was 2.9. Maybe I will try cranking it a little futher....
Stock vdimm for me 2.8. Been told this OCZ can go a little higher.
Thanks for the imput.

I would benchmark at those two different settings to find the best but I believe the setup with the ram at ddr 466 and cpu at 2.5 will be your best bet. A high FSB is a good thing

One further note I can't get any sets of ram to run stable on my premium at the 133 divider...only 100 or 166....But once I got the right timings and voltages then 3.0 was easy...And actually to keep tight timings and a decent oc I run mine at 2.8 24/7 folding two cores one of them 100% and the other 50%...
