Ummmmm...I would take a step back.

What are you outputing video with? If your not using onboard take the Videocard off and try running just onboard.

Does it stay powered on or does it shut off after a minuet or so?

Are you running dual channel memory, if so, try each stick individually.

Have you changed the memory speeds in BIOS? or is this from the first time powering on?

Alright I got a Gigabyte ds3, e6300 conroe, 1 gig stick corsair 6400pro, and sapphire x1900gt... When I turn the pc on everything runs and it doesnt crash but i still have no video... the leds on the corsair mem come on... Is it mandatory that you use a 24 pin power connector?? Yes, if your MOBO has a 24 pin connector you will more than likely require that.

Any good PSU over 500W will have that in the box.

Take the video card out, and attempt to run with the onboard.
