[*] What happened?
I have gotten numerous confirmed reports that the links in the thread below is giving an insufficient permission error message when people try to click on them.

I can access the links but junior moderators and general members can't.

Confirmed. I'm getting the "Insufficient Permissions" error.

Then I think it's something to do with the permissions of who moderates that section?

Confirmed that I get the Insufficient Permissions error (I was one of those who reported it, lol).

 

Could this not be a general user group error due to the thread being locked? (I have no idea how you guys set this particular forum up, just thinking back from when I use to moderate other forums). If only one user group can access it then the permissions of the other user groups sound like they need editing.

I get the error with http://www.overclock.net/t/202374/source-links-now-mandatory/0_100 using my test account but can access it using this account.

EDIT: let me check something.

OK great I'll move the other threads in the sticky.

The reason the threads could not be accessed was due to them being buried in the hidden news for overclockers section, which it seems only news sections mods have access to.

EDIT: All links in the News Forum Essential Threads & News Thread Prefixes Mandatory thread should be accessible by all now.
