Your bios version will be listed in the actual bios, not sure where you got v2.02.1205, but if that's it, then this is definitely newer.

Just to clarify, your signature shows Extreme 4....is it 3 or 4?

Yeah sorry for not giving you a link i mat work right now, I was on break, but when I get home I will find you a link to the tweaktown forum for you. My link is to a bios that is of beta build with the issues you explained with that error code. Tweaktown is a place kinda like ocn but has lots of modified bioses and beta bioses, and is usually a great place to look for answers just like ocn. Any way you did nothing wrong by going to asrock for your bios as that is what you really normally should do. Maybe the beta bios is listed there I do not know, I know gigabyte does list beta bioses for my board. You have a few ways of going about this, I still am not sure what board you really have but, most boards allow bios update by hitting my key at startup or even through bios itself, you would then put the updated bios on a thumb drive and can update this way, usually this is safest and best method, but there is an easier way probably, its like overclocking they say its risky but I have never had any issue updating bios in windows. You will have to go to asrocks site and find there bios upgrade utility and the latest bios, you can they update it that way by finding the file and clicking probably launch or flash. Ill try and find a link for you alter for both ways. What model board do you have? Ahh sorry I see a link up further

When I turned the PC back on it booted up just fine with full video, and ATM I'm only using 2 monitors. I still think something is up, thinking my SSD might be going bad too. Is there anyway to test a SSD? And I probably still need to update my BIOS, if I can find a for sure link to the proper one.

Edit - Yesterday I also took the card completely apart, removed all the old crudded up thermal paste and put some Artic Silver on the chip and now I have like a 10^c drop in temps. Maybe that's why my GPU wasn't performing like it used to.

Doesn't sound like an SSD issue to me. If your system kept hanging randomly and then you swapped over to a HDD and your system no longer was hanging then you could rule that it's an SSD issue.

I have an ASRock Z68 Extreme 3 Gen3 1155 socket set, running an i5 2500K. And thanks for the info about Tweak Town, I'll have to go check that out. I get leery about flashing BIOS's. I'm going to update to what PWndNoob provided and see how that works out. + rep as well.

I'm not to sure what it is. I'll get sudden crashes sometimes, that I can tell aren't GPU related. The way I have my system setup is stupid but it would be a pain to fix it the correct way. I run an 80 GB SSD for my OS and some applications and then I have another 7200 RPM HD (500GB), where I have a second set of Program Files and install programs that I don't care how fast they run. I think my registry is just all goofed up after tweaking so many things over the past year or two, I just need to re-install windows fresh and get a larger SSD.

Thanks for all your reply's guys!
